What you can see of the front lift looks OK, but those 8"-10" blocks between the rear springs and perches look SCARY! Those u-bolts must be a foot long!

Even with the extra leaves in the packs and that home-brewed anti-wrap setup, I'd be afraid of putting too much stress on the rear leaf packs with those blocks in there. No matter how many leafs you add to the packs, you still have only the eye at each end of the ONE main leaf mounting the springs to the frame on each side.

Plus with that many leaves in each pack the rear end is going to ride stiffer than an ox cart. On the other hand, given the length of the extra leaves, the rear suspension would probably haul more weight than the bed could handle...

looks like a sweet truck besides the home lift. from what i could see of the rear traction bar i dont think it would help anything. there was no raise off of the axle to combat spring twist on those crazy high blocks.

i really like the front winch and bumper though, that looks bad ass

It sure looks like it is manufactured but it may be something he adapted to the truck. If it is indeed homemade he did a nice job molding that plastic!
