Can't find history of DT466, 6BT, or 6CT

Having trouble finding any production history on the DT466, and 6 B&C series Cummins engines. Mostly the beginning year of each, considering they're all still in production. I'm helping someone dig up the info. Any help is much appreciated

the 466's came out in the 70's,just not sure of the exact year

DT466 beginning year is 1975. It was known as a "DT466A"

The B and C cummins engines are a product of Consolidated Diesel. Consolidated is a joint venture of Case and Cummins formed in 1978, I think production started in the early 80's, maybe '80 or '81, not sure on the date.

Kool, thanks. I was thinking the 466 started in the 70's, but that's a 10 year span. I was guessing the Cummins B&C as not even that old. Nice Tid bits to know.
