I will have to do that. There are a few pieces internally that I can't figure out lol.

Edit : They said they would email me the diagram for $30... lol, no thanks.

The "special" fitting to connect your injector is available off the shelf at any hydraulic shop. Just take an injector in and ask them to match it. My local Parker distributor had all kinds of them on the shelf.

Link in my signature with additional pop-tester info.

Just came to me, I have extra nut and ferrules somewhere I used in making a poptester. I machined the npt pipe to tube adapter and then used a tube nut and ferule. Problem is the whole Canadian border issue, probably be close to $20 to get it over the border. Other problem is finding the somewhere the nut and ferule are residing.

I watched your pop tester video (https://www.oilburners.net/threads/follow-up-to-best-homemade-pop-tester-with-video.63147/) , that digital gauge seems like it would make it easier to see exactly when it opened, I am thinking of getting one of these 250bar/3600psi gauges off ebay: www.ebay.com/itm/Digital-Hydraulic-Pressure-Gauge-0-250BAR-3600PSI-NPT1-4-Base-Entry-New-/322267545130

The unit function is supposed to be able to show min or max depending on how long you hold it down, and the zero button resets it or toggles the backlight if you hold it down. (according to the manual)

I am going to wait to order it though until I have all the other parts of the pop tester, that way if there is an issue with the gauge i can get it exchanged under ebays 30 day policy.
