Bolt pattern

Went to put my spare from my 99.5 on my 92 and the bolt pattern appears to be different. What year did the pattern go from 170MM to 190MM? I think the numbers are correct.

99 they went from 8-6.5 to the newer style wheels

The 99-up bolt pattern is 8 on 170mm.
