I may not have to make my own pulley after all if I can get an answer for the two questions in the subject. I found out that Brad Kilby sells "combo" pulleys. See here: http://www.kilbyenterprises.com/pulleys.htm

Only thing I don't know exactly which one to use and a friend that I can buy it through asked that I find the alt. mfr. and the shaft dia. if possible.

Anybody got some insight?
