Air filter thoughts

Agreed. It would just be nice to see some pictures of different ways it was accomplished.

Can also be helpful to relocate the driver side battery as well.

Just one thing to point out: On my factory turbo truck(with similar to ATS airbox), the restriction gauge would get sucked down a bit even with a new paper filter... Until I decided to just remove the foam prefilter.
On the plus side, lots more air flow(less restriction). On the negative side... They do get dirtier quicker. I haven't seen anything sucked in that might damage the paper filter, though.

I have removed the pre-filter as well. The Restriction gauge still gets sucked down a bit, I'm thinking to go with Calvin suggestion of a well-oiled K&N.
