Air filter thoughts

Just one thing to point out: On my factory turbo truck(with similar to ATS airbox), the restriction gauge would get sucked down a bit even with a new paper filter... Until I decided to just remove the foam prefilter.
On the plus side, lots more air flow(less restriction). On the negative side... They do get dirtier quicker. I haven't seen anything sucked in that might damage the paper filter, though.

I have removed the pre-filter as well. The Restriction gauge still gets sucked down a bit, I'm thinking to go with Calvin suggestion of a well-oiled K&N.
