Ok, my truck is a 91 F250 2wd, 7.3/E4OD. I'm parting out a 96 F350 2wd, diesel as well. This morning I removed the rear brake drums, shoes, hardware and wheel cylinders from the 96, will they bolt right on to my 91?...Both have the 10.25 axle. The drums were almost new and my old ones are toast...MVI time is coming next month.

Will a vacuum pump of a 96 or 97 PSD fit an IDI if you swapped the pulleys? I have 2 PSD vacuum pumps here.

Next question, will the 2wd dual piston front calipers fit a 89 4wd Dana 60 brake system? And will the calipers from the 96 F350 2wd fit my 91 F250 2wd?...I grabbed those too along with some rear spring hangers, shackles, rear sway bar links and bushings and a few other minor items...On the plus side I was glad I grabbed the 2 tailgate straps off the 96, I broke one will unloading the 91 when I got home.;Sweet ....Freebie fix, my favorite kind.:D

vaccum pumps have threaded bolt holes on the 91's and plain holes on a serpentine systems at least the ones i've seen and if the 96' calipers have drive in pins they will work. I know a 93' caliper will fit on an 89' dana 60

i dont think the pin style calipers will fit, unless ur rig has them. those pin style are great...but a PITA at the same time.

i would say the rear brakes should work but as mentioned above, cross reference.

I know what they are, I just want to know how the calipers would be mounted on the Dana 60 I'm buying, I never really looked at it that close....I'm just trying to figure out if any of my 2wd brake stuff will swap on to the Dana 60.

I wonder what the best way to mount the spring hangers on the rear end of the springs would be?....I'm talking along the lines of measuring from a fixed point to get my "axle spread" the same on both sides.

I checked the part numbers on autozone for the brake calipers from my 91 and the 96 F350 2wd....The numbers don't match yet the numbers do match from the 89 f350 4x4 donor and my 91 F250 2wd.
