A/c to no A/C?

Where I live, I refuse to drive without A/C in the summer. My truck's A/C doesn't work, so it sits unused for most of the year(I put less than 100 miles on it in 2012).

Getting ready to dump some big $$$ into my Lexus to save the A/C.

I am making this as basic as I possibly can. My next project will be to find a 4spd and NP205, ten Hydroboost. That way I can eliminate the vacuum pump. Then all thats left is the alternator and power steering pump.
