1500 is about the same as me. I dont see more than 5 psi unless I am pulling.

The stock ATS turbo used on the factory turbo motors was chocked down. Look at the downpipe, they flattened it out to make instalation of the engine easy. You can get the ATS upgrade for the turbo, spendy, but it will boost lower in the rpm's (I can get almost 4psi by 1500rpm's), and will help with power and EGT's

no smoke at all when i get on it and i mean no smoke at all and the pump is all the way up

The only thing smoke is good for is when you pull up to a red light and some jerk has his stereo cranked up playing cRAP music. Otherwise if your truck is smoking going down the road a cop is more than likely going to pull you over and issue a summons.

I don't remember too well but I think to turn the fuel UP You turn the screw counterclockwise.

Oh and being a diesel it should smoke some specially if You turn up the IP.

Mine is not turbo and wouldn't make any smoke either, even while pulling (I don't want smoke, but know some should be present) but then the throttle cable broke, replaced it and even though I had no complaints with power, I swear someone added two cylinders to mine...and it now makes smoke! I pulled about 6000 lbs up a long grade, did it all in 4th and by the top was floorboarded and rolling some coal, also pulls MUCH better. ;Sweet

I'm guessing my cable was never going past like 7/8 throttle.
