I know rotella does. I doubt they're the only ones. I imagine they're only available in the northern states/Canada. You could likely get it offline somewhere.

Ya i have never seen one here in the desert. 15w-40 is everywhere,5w-40 if you search. I saw motorcraft 10w-30 diesel oil once.

Yeah, being in so-cal the local temps wouldn't justify having it on the shelf.
