No, the original separator was deleted a long time ago. I have been running lots of atf through it recently (lots of transmission work on my other vehicles). It has been doing fine so far with the new injection pump. Starts good cold and the governor is responding perfectly now. I figure at this point I’ll just change the fuel filter if it starts acting up again. Don’t know how much longer I’ll keep the truck, though. Bought a really clean 87 brick with a 460 and a c6. Been thinking of 7.3 zf5 swapping it… hmmm… Anyways, thanks everyone for helping me with what ultimately was probably just a plugged fuel filter.
