6.9 IDI Knocking sound at low rpm

I know there has been a million questions with knock but recently I believe I’ve been experiencing some fuel knock and rough Idling but the odd thing is that it goes away after a certain rpm/load on the engine and runs perfectly smooth. Is this a timing issue or an injector issue? (All my injectors have less than 200 miles on them with an injection pump that’s probably only got 130 miles on it as it is freshly rebuilt. )

My first question is who built your parts? My second question is did you have it timed after replacing the parts?

Gomer’s U.S. diesel and accurate diesel in Michigan. I have not as I am strapped for cash and don’t have a diesel timing meter but I really don’t drive it due to the knock anyways

Is your exhaust clear, white, or black during the different scenarios described?

There is no smoke except for startup and it’s a white/black mixture but it is only when it first starts. if I rev to high rpm’s while parked it does shoot a light black smoke
