Hello to all fellow oil burners I have finally decided to turbocharge my old 87 ford f350 6.9 IDI.I got everything I need to redo the headgaskets and the bottom end.I just got a old banks non westgated turbo kit for a really killer price,it includes everything but the y-pipe and I will either try to track down this item down or fabricated one myself which shouldn't be too hard as I am pretty good with a welder.The problem is I cant find the installation manual for this kit,it would be really nice to have a visual picture to look at maybe even a step by step before I undertake this endeavor.Does anybody have the installation instructions for this kit or could point me in the right direction.I thought about calling banks but the kit is so old I thought they might just laugh at me.lol...The truck has great compression and great oil pressure so I feel its safe to turbocharge the old gal.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
