6.0 breathes like exhaling?

Everytime I turn to start the truck, after the GP light shuts off, Sounds like it exhales right infront of me. Sometimes I can feel it. What is it? I looked and couldn't see anything. And I have a huge fuel consumption problem.... Computers lying to me, Lol.

Hmm fuel pump hums for a few seconds after the injectors buzz then it quiets down. Never trust the lie-o-meter btw

Mine does it, always has...... never gave it a second thought..... I'll listen more closely and see if I can figure out what it is......
