2wd-4wd tranny ?

Will the 2wd zf bolt up to the 4wd transfer case ? My zf is gone gone but I found one out of a 2wd for $350

Unless the 2wd ZF you've gotten is one from an F-Superduty with the big ole brake mounted on the rear of it, NO it will not. In order to make it work you'll have to pull the trannies apart and swap output shafts.
