Being san francisco, wonder if it's a "Everyone is paid a ton of cash in jobs there, so they'll pay $20k!" type of price? We know the price for the trucks, and even if we could toss $20k at it, we wouldn't. But someone with lots of money and a wrong reaction to it may toss that much money?

Its listed in north bay which is north of san fran. Probably my neck of woods. Id pay 10k for it but 20k is steep

I agree that is high but with the price of new trucks at 50K and up this will drive the price of nice low mileage older trucks up. Just look at value of used diesel trucks that are a few years old, they are almost what they were new.

I wonder if the spouse told him to sell it and he posted it to say 'I'm trying!' or he just doesn't want to part with it so he'll toss out some out of whack number and see if anyone bites.
