That is the deal I was offered, 93000.0miles from a good reliable source.
I am thinking about putting this in my 86 F350 now has 7.3NA with c6.
My first concern is that my rear gear would be to high for the over drive on the power stroke. I don't remember for sure but i think it is 3:84:dunno or close to that.
What concerns would you have?

I wouldn't be concerned with the rear gear. When they say electronics do they mean every last wire and sensor in the truck. I would recommend trying to get the whole truck.

The PSD trucks came in either 3.55, or 4:10 so you should be fine, but like aaklinger said, it would be nice to have the whole truck, you would probably need at least the whole dash to put in your truck because of the electronics. Sounds like a fair deal for $1500.00.
