I have had to bleed the shrader on the filter a few times... here in the last 2 months I have had 2 tanks of watered down fuel and air in the line...
anybody got a link to info on the return lines....???
awesome that you are from Cottonwood.... I lived there in 2000 .... we lived in the apts. right outside old town, technically in Clarkedale.... my mom lived in Jerome... I worked at the Big O tire in sedona....

no fuel in the valley... what makes me think that someting is leaking is on startup it runs ruff as hell like its loaded up and takes a bit to clear out.... it also has blue/white smoke like crazy.... ya cant see through it ...

a little background... I'm a Federal Security Officer and former, but still certified, LEO.... I may go back to the SO later this year.... Security pays great but is boring...
i realize that "gobs of power" requires alot of fuel... I'm not looking for a sled pulling rig, just a normal use daily driver that hauls a full width explorer on 38's to the trails and back.... right now I get 10mpg on the hwy unlaoded and 6mpg loaded.... its a new engine with less than 60K on...
moose pump mpg gains...???
been reading bout this moose pump... sounds like a nice piece to have... got a question that I havent found a definate answer on...
with the extra fuel delivery, what if any are the mpg gains ???... with fuel at $4.69 a gallon here, power is second to mpg...

would the ign switch also cause the glow plugs to stop working ....?????
whatever it is... it killed the fuel shut off solenoid and the glow plugs....
nope... all I did was pull the FSS and check for voltage... nothin... added a hot wire, put a gas filled rag over intake and she started... pull the wire she dies...
it was running fine until yesterday.... I pulled out on the street and it died like I turned the key off.... now the glowplugs...
I have diagnosed my problem down to not having power to the FSS.... I did the gas rag over the intake to start it and w hotwire to the FSS from the battery and she runs fine... remove the wire and she dies.,....
got fuel to the filter and bled ... no air... new filter... 120 gallons of fuel...
