HP and torque numbers for comparison
I read the FAQ and it mentions the average idi non turbo numbers are 128.3HP and 241.55T if I understand it right. This is at the rear wheel. dump truck opinions
I am looking at a '87 International S1800 dump truck. It has a N/A 7.3 for the engine. The truck is also 4WD so no split rear end. The owner said the top speed for the truck is 55-60mph. the symptoms
truck has been acting up on me a bit lately. truck seems to have no power
i have a 94 F350 with the 5 speed and natural idi engine. i have been noticing when towing relatively light weight the truck slows on any hill. symptoms of gelling fuel

rough shut downs
when i shut my truck down it sounds like it turns over couple more times real rough. feels like a loose motor mount the way it chugs and shakes. i have checked the mounts and they fine. any ideas or is this a common thing. otherwise the truck runs fine. smokes when started but then clears out...- tnmtn
