Why does my 89 7.3 f250 upon cold start instantly builds pressure in radiator than sucks sucks it all in soon as u put cap on builds pressure more pressure than it should could it be headgasket- Gebadia

Help please
Hey guys new here so thanks for any help I got 89 f250 5 speed 7.3 idi went to back up in driveway and lost all power ran jumper from ip to battery truck started and key accessory works when that jumper wire to ip is hooked up- Gebadia
