Intermittent wipers not working
I have a 1991 F 250 XLT with intermittent wipers Wipers work on high no low or intermittent speeds washers spray but in low speed wipers will stop in windshield and will only park if you go to high position then to off.- 645E3B

I am planning to update the engine wiring harness on my 6.9, it has the later style (7.3 ) GP controller.
