New Injectors
Hope that works out for ya. I was having a slight miss, a weird shudder, a rough idle if you will, and I had my local shop test the fuel system, which they did up until the injectors, which they said they didn't have the equipment to test. Hypermax Cowl Induction....
Finally did it. Worked on it in at lunch at work and in between other stuff, so it needs some finessing. Used aluminum heater ducting from Home Depot and wrapped in some EZ cool to insulate it. gouged out a hole in the cowl with a drill and some tin snips. Fuel leak at lift pump line that goes to filter
Looks like the double wrenching stopped the leak. Thanks for the input and for helping my brain cell get crankin. That was the last piece of the fuel line air intrusion/leak puzzle. Just need to lift the bed and service those pick up feet in the tanks so I can actually use all my fuel now that...- transmogrifiednow

I've got what appears to be a leak coming out right here where the arrow is pointing in the picture--at the brass fitting that screws in the steel line that goes to the fuel filter. Thanks guys. I think I will give it a try. I just installed a new cowl seal so that air should be nice and cold. I'm sure the cowl intake will help with my turbo once I get it too. I'll maybe apply some more deadening around the drain or something. Or just turn up the stereo.- transmogrifiednow

What about the sound for you? Is it much louder? If the hp gains are negligible I'd rather not have an airplane engine in my ear while driving. If it really helps the engine then I'll just deal with the sound. I know these engines are loud yada yada but I have other people in my truck a lot and...- transmogrifiednow
