Antarctic IDI Build
while we are on the subject I do have a 95 dually 4x4 7.3 idi its my back up truck (dump bed) my problem is this, the IDI clicks and clacks like a bad lifter and it just will not start below 40 F without a block heater but it does start and with little smoke (puff at startup or up hill) inside...- Why Me?

7.3 Idles Rough, Runs Great Otherwise
its an IDI...they do run ruff at idle, and as soon as you leave the stop light it sounds fine...might be the new normal especially with clean exhaust indicates good timming- Why Me?

I once left all the packing peanuts in a muffler and instaled it...couldnt figure out what was wrong untill it suddenly blew and started snowing peanuts- Why Me?

E40D Issue, new to site, please help if you can
