Since pictures on here are not working at this time, here is a link to my build thread on another site! You can keep fully up to date on there!

I'll see what I can do about the pics tonight.
As for a website, I do not have one at this time! Pm me for more info on the kits and I'll be glad to help you out
I figured i might as well share some of this with all of you over here as I have helped a lot of others around with the DT360 swap and even offering kits to put one in Ford trucks! I've got a lot of time and money vested in this project and making it look factory. Granted I am nowhere near done...
The ag motors are entirely different than truck motors! Especially in the 300 series. Smaller bore and longer stroke with a lot taller deck height! Some parts interchange, some don't! You can take a dt360 and put a d360 (Ag motor) crank in it and the dt360 rods with custom pistons you can get...
Also, if your only looking at 4-600, a stock Allison 1000 will handle that! I would do a converter and shift kit and you'll be plenty good. Ill be running a stock ally 1k for a while behind my 900hp motor
Idi's are turds compared to dt360! Put it this way, a dt360 is a 5.9 cummins x100! You'll only find em in international 4700 and up trucks and school buses! You wanna talk simple to work on?! By FAR easier than an idi
Your best bet for a manual Trans setup is get ahold of Carson stauffer diesel service and have him make you an adapter plate and flywheel for a ford zf6 manual trans. And the dt series engine uses an sae3 flywheel housing
What's the progress bud? You'll have to check out my thread. All my parts are in, but my pushrods are too long so they have to be shortened. Bunch a new pics up
Also, I have a mint 5spd Allison with tcm for sale...
Hesutton... Good luck fitting a 466! My dt360 was a LOT of work to get it to fit period! A 466 is 7 inches longer! It will NOT fit without severe firewall mods and radiator relocation! If you put a 466 in without firewall mods, the front...
Here's my exact setup... 5x.020 contagious diesel injectors over a contagious diesel 500cc p7100 pump with no fuel plate, hx52/ht4 compund turbos pushing 100psi, hardened pushrods and 110# springs, allison 1000 6spd auto trans with np263xhd transfer case out of an 06+ duramax with an allison...
I'm running a 6spd allison 1000 from a duramax behind my dt360. Buy a allison 2000 bellhousing and bolt it to your 1000 and away ya go. Can use the 5spd Allison too
Yes, please let me know how you have all this bit working. I've been looking at trying to figure out how to run the tach on mine.
On another note, all my parts are done to get mine running. Just need to install em and make both my manifolds and rebuild my mani charger. Should easily see 800+...
I just got my pump back. 480cc. Should have more parts back next week hopefully. I looked into the water pump stuff and truck and tractor are the same. Seeing that, I just modified my water pump. I'll have pictures on my thread once I get some more work done to it
Also, if you want more out of it, get rid of that hx35 and go with an hx40! Hx35 is the stock turbo on a 5.9 cummins! It's barely bigger than the factory turbo you took off if at all! If you need any help with your engine, shoot me a pm and I'll help ya out. I would highly suggest the hx40 with...
I don't know how much difference the ac pulleys make, but judging by a guy who has one in his 80 k20 chevy the balancer is probably 3 inches shallower and a LOT smaller diameter. My truck is not lifted... Yet. I will be doing a sky 3 inch shackle reversal lift up front. In back, my new axle has...
