    "By the way, is that ratchet strap holding the fuel tank up?" You guessed it , the guy I bought it from was a mechanical genius. The good parts on this truck may go home in the back of another truck!

    Thanks for the quick reply -I painted it, I took a wire wheel to it to look at the welds, then zinced it, I sprayed it flat black because its so ugly I couldn't look at it. Is it fixable in the way you suggested? I didn't get to mad at the guy because I got a really good running IDI, rebuilt ZF...
