Have issue with brake and fuel filler neck

Vaccum Pump Pulley Removal
Was wondering what is the easiest way to remove the pulley off my old pump to put back on the new one. Want to do it the correct way to prevent damage to pulley or the new pump. Thanks.- farmboy9090

Intermediate Hard Brake Pedal
I have a 1985 Ford diesel with the c-6 trans that I bought about 3 months ago. I haven't drove it too much due to the price of diesel but just last week the brake pedal got really hard to push.
