    Engine locks up when turned over slow by hand?

    Well when I had the engine on the stand I turned it over by hand many times and had no issues. It had no IP and was upside down. Now with the engine sealed back up and right side up, still no IP, if I turn it over slow it locks up when turned clockwise from the front, there are no glow plugs...
