    Make sure if you go super duty box to get an 05 up. The earlier ones will break the pitman shaft and then you take out 3 parked cars. I have never seen an OBS box break unless huge tires were involved, then it was a rock whack issue, so Ill stick with stock.

    That would be the best thing to do because naturally the timing would be less noticeable as you rev the engine up. And they are finicky on timing and not all engines are the same.

    You arced on the ignition wire which blew the fusible links in the wiring harness at the multi connector that always burns the yellow wires.

    You should be able to go to a decent hydraulic store and buy a flange plug and drill it that's all that is it's like an o-ring boss plug Flathead so that's why it has the flange I use them all the time for things I think that's a number eight or a ring or jic plug if it's 3/4 16 that sticks in...

    Not a good idea to lay the fuel line on the tank bottom. Diesel eats RTV. I get 35 gallons when clear empty in my bronco tanks. I guess I should have documented my mods, nylon truck air brake hose is your friend for extending the pickup.

    Ive been using the same pump shop for over 40 years, not one warranty issue ever. Not many can say that. They are a little more but I firmly believe you get what you pay for. And they have EXPERIENCE.

    Pull them, put on new valve springs, check guides, do studs . NOW is the time. If a guide goes bad down the road you will be pissed.
