I see there is 3 bolts inside which mount the Pulley to the damper, don't think they would be much of a trouble , Now once the Pulley is out i should be using an impact to remove the big crank Nut followed with harmonic balancer to pull the damper Correct ? Awesome links , Where did you guys order the National 99250. I am guessing the Seal it self can be brought at any local parts store. it sound pretty straight forward job , but need a bigger torque wrench , Harmonic and fan clutch puller How did you stop the crank from turning- Spun4Fun

Extremely difficult to gage how much tour am applying due to the spot, i have been beating my self since loosing that line at the time i was doing the timing adjustment never seen a torque wrench can get in there I found NOS OEM line #& to keep it handy in case- Spun4Fun

So i ordered from E-bay a line #7 it arrived but it's not the OEM, However its shaped 100% like it but thinner line and fitted ok on the injector side but not as easy on the pump side, i am going to return it regardless as it did not do the trick. In fact it leaked worse could be the alignment...- Spun4Fun

I narrow it down to Vacuum pump area as i sprayed double squirt of WD40 and it was quite so am sure the bearing on its way out once the WD40 effect has been worn out now the chirping / squeal is back based on what i see on this link there is a retainer clip holding a sealed bearing that i could...- Spun4Fun

Well you guys are right on the Momey and saved my rear end .. To was set to .6v Middel wire and 3.64 WOT Adjusted to 9.1 v and 3.98v WOT OD light is off and it drives like it was before Thanks every one for amazing trouble shooting skills- Spun4Fun

Tech sensor checked,Purshased an OBD1 and sure my suspessious was right Code #23 Does that mean my eyes crossed when I was connecting the sensor to side of the pump ? Is the sensor is bad ? Or there is something wrong with the Pump ? How to adjust the TP if I did Wong- Spun4Fun

About a year ago I completely gone through my transmission and drove it for a good 25K for some of you who know I have been working on replacing my injection pump and injectors . drove the truck for about 30 miles +/- or so, Line #7 are dry and not spitting fuel like it was 2 days ago but very and i mean VERY light moist nothing even noticeable, Nothing to bother me for now specially after having the truck down for almost 3 month . found a brand new Line for #7 well...- Spun4Fun

Is it the line usually cause the leak or fitting or it's not tight enough and how much tourque we talking over them Nuts ? It's not gushing out fuel like it was by any mean if it's any thing it's 95% improved . it's just slightly Wet fitting compare the rest. I even placed a mirror under it...- Spun4Fun

Line # 7 still showing a weak sign of some Leak enough to pose a small PITA for all the work I have done . Does Any one have a spare line for #7 injector ( passenger side fatheset one behind the GP relay) Would a touch of pipe dope help? Just curious- Spun4Fun
