    Water pump clearance?

I lifted it up and got clearance. Seems good now, I think I just let it hang to much when putting the first few bolts in.

    Water pump clearance?

Put my new water pump on today and noticed the bottom is super close to the crank, I believe. Anyone run into this with aftermarket. All the bolts went in smooth and the gasket lined up nice. Thoughts?

    Water pump.

I also can't find the Peak brand fleet charge SCA added coolant I've been running at any stores near me. What's a good more available brand??

    Water pump.

I got good coolant in it, fleet charge with SCA and mix with distilled water. Fan clutch is good. Do I need to drain the radiator or can I just loose some out the pump when I remove it??

    Water pump.

Alright folks my water pump finally went on me today, got a couple questions. First off what's the easiest way to remove my fan? I think I remember hearing to RTV my pump bolt threads? Pump bolt torque specs? Do I use RTV to seal my new pump? Do I need to drain my radiator or just loose some...

    Inline filters.

I don't have a FSV anymore, the thought did cross my mind to run without one. I've been under my truck a lot the past couple of days figuring this out and don't feel like going back under lol. I got a new fresh fuel tank as well so...

    Oddball transmission ideas

I left behind a ZF5 tranny at my local junk yard when I got my spare motor out of a 94 idit. Already have a spare tranny and didn't want to spend the extra cash. Seems around me I can come across them easy enough. Good luck on the search.

A LUK SMF clutch like I have sounds like something is wrong lol, just clatter tho. The PO might have put this in and that's what your hearing. Is everything else functioning fine??

    Inline filters.

Well I took off the filter and coupled the lines and ran fine all day. Must of been leaking somewhere. Going with the more heavy duty fix head filter next.

    Inline filters.

So the truck died again today, sucking air somewhere. Ran great for over a week then started surging again on me today. I almost think I'm sucking air from my inline filter, it's a Mr.Gasket brand I got from O'Reilly and I suspect it's not the best quality. I'm going to take it off tomorrow and...

Broke on the side of the road after putting in new tank

As of right now the truck is idling smooth. Went over everything I disconnected and tightened it up. Time will tell now, fingers crossed! Looks like I found another issue tho with my rear wheel leaking brake fluid or grease from seals. Posted that in another thread, looks like it's one of those...

    Thoughts?

So im in the middle of sorting out a fuel issue and noticed this. Rear bearing seal? You can see grease like stuff splattered on the tire.

Broke on the side of the road after putting in new tank
