    “Shut can” the fuel bowl heater. Nothing good comes from it. The last two different 7.3s I did a fuel filter change on I saw the heater laying unattached at the bottom of the bowl, just waiting to short out. Blank it out and it will be one more thing not to worry about :)

    Save yourself some grief and put a stud on the top bolt. It will seriously help you as you will be able to “hang” that heavy sucker on the stud as opposed to holding it up there while you fight for the bolt you can’t see. I’m sure you could do it, but save yourself the grief.

    Thanks for the response. I’m clearly an OBS guy, primarily because I’ve owned two of them back to back after a gasser brick and a dentside Bronco, and I just really like the layout of the OBS. That being said, this bullnose is growing on me every time I get time to work on it a little more.
