    Sorry for the late reply! Yes I use a different belt size (6K 1105). If my picture looks a little weird to you it is because I mounted the CDR where the vacuum pump was... made for a clean install when I added the turbo.

    Why don't you ditch that belt vacuum pump and install a small electric? You will be very happy with that cheap upgrade also. You have hydroboost so you are already 85.7% there!

    About 3/8" protrudes out of the dash. I am also picky about appearance, I really wanted it to be rear-mounted and invisible but that wouln't work. I am happy with the fit and finish of my install.

    Hey! I am running a Baby Moose... not messing with it. But ya, mebe could see a little black I guess. My pull is not for real, just the local guy doing the demo pull. P.S. Joke in the neighborhood is that I could never have a girlfriend... damn truck is a mobile landmark, can't hide from anyone!

    Nope, you need one that is compatible with the hydro. There are some post here with dimensions and comparison pics... I think I posted one too. You need that part, rebuilds don't come with them.

    Could be as simple at your TPS (throttle sensor on IP)... I forget the correct acronym for it (flip,filp ??). You should pull codes to see what the problem is before signing a death certificate.
