    I've found out for the driveshafts at least, ford used different sized ujoints and straps for different days of the week. I have a feeling now that I did the front shaft for the '88, now the joint's in the TTB are gonna pop... grrr Adrianspeeder

    Well got the right ubolts today and got er back in. Wind chill 5degrees. Sweet! Went for a ride and no vibes with just a nice hum to let ya know it's workin'. Hopped a few curbs nailin the gas and it didn't break so that's good enough for me. Adrianspeeder

    Thanks, Harbor Freight has one for 35bucks and I'll pick one up when I get the second ujoint tomorrow. I was talkin to 4x4truckingirl yesterday right when I finished the cleanup and without thinkin just said, "I just finished paintin my shaft." awkward silence...

    Stock height bronco, 33"s are the biggest you can fit no lift with an 80-86 front end. 87+ require the bumper to be slightly trimmed or spaced forward. 35s ya need a lift or fender trimming. 33x12.5 look good and end up being even with the body. Adrianspeeder
