    subway, do you have aluminium duallies? If so, you are aware that the Inner rim must be a steel one? That might cause your problem of not being able to keep the nuts tight.

    Thank you Charles. well, I've done as the instructions said (as far as I understood, and could do since the engine doesn't run yet.) there is current on the top right terminal, and I triggered that with a wire to the separate terminal, and nothing happened ??? (I had key in and on, engine off).

    well, Still not sure if there is any water in the engine, but just the fact that it was present on the airfilter... I live in France, and parts for this truck are rare as hens teeth over here, and very expensive if I have to import from the USA, so all reason to be careful!
