    I did quite a bit of digging into this subject when I developed my glow plug harness kits, I use a white Rodgers relay rated at 600 amp inrush and a fusible link. A good fuse would work there, or even better an auto-resetting thermal breaker, but I went with the fusible links for the simplicity...

    You’ll be making quite a bit of power but I think as long as you stick to the 110 you won’t have enough fuel to blow the rods out like the shop truck did with the hopped up 130 pump, compounds and nitrous.

    It’s got my GTX3582 turbo with the stock hot side and a 3” downpipe, my intercooler and intake kit, my 110cc pump, RnD stage one injectors, stock fuel system otherwise. Engine is studded with the modified 7.3 gaskets, comp 910s, and cerakoted piping.

    Most shops are not familiar with these pumps at all, they predate most fuel techs now days. If your engine has only 400 hours on it I highly doubt the pump had been pulled rebuilt and recalibrated to a 6.9 (lower house spec) more than likely, the original pump failed and a used pump was...
