Sorry to hear that, the short wide rads and tall narrow rads have different core supports and do not swap. Being as they are both bricknose trucks you could swap the core supports and run the larger radiator that way.
Summit, rock auto, us gear will all have what you need. I would buy a manual on the Dana 80 and do as much research as you can before starting the job.
That would probably work but it would need the torque converter lockup switch as well otherwise it’s going to unlock the converter to try and bring the rpms up to where it wants it, but I don’t want to try and experiment on this $$$ trans to find out. I’ve got some projects I’m working on that...
For the converter, just an interruptor signal from a manual switch, torque converter is locking up no problem it’s the downshifting that’s keeps it from loading at lower rpms with this trans.
I wish, the psds run the trans via the ecm where our trucks have a separate tcm. Only way I could see to do it without a manual valve body is to have the fipl output on a switch to fool the trans, and manual override for the lockup pin on the tcm.

Swapping the housing really improved the response from the turbo, picked up a couple psi and really changed the tone of the turbo, it’s singing at any rpms now.

Typically the injectors will mushroom before the lines since the lines are harder, if it’s leaking from above the nut then it’s the line, if it’s not leaking above the nut then the plastic cap is leaking and you need to repair the gouges or replace the injectors.
The white smoke is probably due to retarded timing from the low fuel pressure. Replace the pump with a mr gasket 105p or a Holley red and you should be good.
I would do a high temp cerakote coating on the intake manifold and clear over that. That’s what I did on a set of my breather valve covers and they clean up great, it’s similar to the coating on the bottom of a frying pan, it cleans up really easy and handles the heat really well.
