Beware of the ebays chinese knockoffs. The case quality isn't bad but the mirrors themselves are chit and distorted and vibrate a lot. Ask me how I know lol
Are your current mirrors power adjust?
I like the look and better functionality of the 08+ super duty mirrors. They're a direct bolt on but you may have to modify the wiring a little bit, no big deal.

I loved my 6.0 it was more comfortable, quieter and faster than my idi ever will but it wasn't cheap by any means.
Stock 6.0s that don't need major work are without a doubt the exception and not the rule. Once they're addressed...
