    Well I got lucky and was able to get it out in one piece and put It in the new tank and it still works. I called all kinds of places today and they just laughed at me.

    I got a replacement tank for my 86 and I can't get the sending unit out of the old tank I've called all over and still can't find one do they not make them anymore

    Also if I pull the bed off then I can see what's really leaking I might get lucky and it just be the filler neck and won't have to drop the tank

    They barely have any fuel in them I just thought about pulling the bed so I can clean things up and remove the tank also when I put the tanks back in with the bed off I'm not trying to feel around blind to get stuff hooked back up that's a pain
