    Clear wax/grease in coolant reservoir?

Nothing on the outside of the bottle, but I think it is oil, I took some of the grease out with my finger and it does not smell like fuel. I'll pick up a baby bottle cleaner brush and clean out the inside of the coolant reservoir and see if it returns, it is too cold to really do anything else...

    Clear wax/grease in coolant reservoir?

Thanks for responding. I don't see any sign of excessive pressure from the degas bottle, I'll have to look in the day light, but as I understand it, there will be white powdery substance on the out side of the degas bottle, if there is excessive pressure, correct?

    Clear wax/grease in coolant reservoir?

    6.0 over boost problem.

If you changed out he intake part that has the maf sensor in it, you may need to change it back. The angle can be different and read the incoming air incorrectly. The over boost does sound like stuck turbo vanes........

wont start wierd clicking noise HELP

Clean your connections. just because they are tight doesn't mean they are clean. The starter relays are prone to failure....I would test it with a test light.

    03 E450 7.3l Crank, no start fuse 22 blows

Try disconnecting the fuel heater at the fuel filter housing. I think that is for fuse 22 and I have heard of this before. Some what common for this heater to go out and you can run your truck without it. it is a single wire going to the side of the fuel filter housing, just pop it off.

    85 6.9 diesel losing prime?

These early models had a big problem with the secondary fuel filter on the fire wall/drivers side. Many just bypassed it and put a fuel water separator from a 7.3, in place of the filter on top. Also take a look at the return lines at the injectors. If they are leaking you will loose your prime...
