    Agreed. My last truck ran great on 100% WMO, but I think I might even limit this one to a 50/50 blend. We'll see.

    title says it all. I'm looking at buying a 1985 6.9 that has a Titaniuum Fass Fuel System in it. I'll be more than a little interested in this truck if I can use my WMO setup with it. But I'm wondering if the thicker fuel will wreak havoc with the upgraded fuel system? Any thoughts?

    Got the ignition switch replaced and it did solve the problem of no power with the key on. Thanks for the help everyone. Now I need to order the FSS and replace it without blowing my truck up:D

    The PO had a new IP installed about 10K ago. New, not reman. So I'm really hoping to avoid a new pump if it's not necessary. I found some Replacement FSS for $60 from Accurate Diesel, does that sound about right?

    I took your advice MTKirk. FSS doesn't click. Fun fact though... when I hook up the jumper from battery positive to FSS post, the cab "dings" like the key was left on, but the key isn't even in the truck. :dunno

    I cut out the electric pump and installed a new mech pump. Got good pressure now. After I get it properly timed, if it still smokes, I think I'll get new injectors... Again:frustrate
