How many of you guys are running a water separator?

Thought I should ought to summarize my interpretation of the consensus here, thanks for all the responses guys. Basically the water separator is a good idea but not necessary, might save you one day if you get bad fuel and it's probably a reasonable thing to set up if you're going to install...

How many of you guys are running a water separator?

Been reading a bit about water separators, mines been bypassed only god knows how long ago and trying to decide if it's something I should worry about. It's still got the original 6.9 filter head. You know I don't like spending money on something I don't need and like complicating things even...

    Rad options

Yea kdo I saw those and they do look nice but aren't the right size without switching out rad supports. I did find a used original rad local for a reasonable deal, going to pick it up Saturday if it looks alright. If I've got two maybe I can fix one while the others in service.

    Rad options

Hello everybody, I've got a pretty bad leak on the original brass rad on my 84, I thought I'd clean it up and see where exactly is coming from and in doing so have realized just how rotten it is, half the fins are blowing out with a little compressed air nothing left but paint holding dust...

    Monroe gas Magnum

I had Bilstein 4600s on my last truck and didn't find them particularly impressive, I had an old man emu kit on a frontier before that and it handled so nice, they use a shock manufactured by Monroe supposedly so I thought I'd be good here. I'll probably keep em for a while anyways but it's a...

    Monroe gas Magnum

Greetings, A while ago I bought a set of these shocks and finally got around to installing them, the rears are good but the fronts don't seem to offer any damping at all, very bouncy. Has anybody else ran these? I can do a warranty exchange on them but don't want to deal with installing another...

    Fast idle/cold advance switch

Thanks for the responses. I think I might as well be able to switch them separately if for no other reason than for something to play with.

    Fast idle/cold advance switch

Greetings, I've got an 84 F250 and it seems the temperature switch that controls the high idle/cold advance circuit is shot, it has continuity when cold but really high resistance. I like the idea of having the high idle on a switch in the cab anyways so was considering bypassing the temp switch...
