    Oil in valley pan

    no its not in the valley pan area. its behind the flange right near the bellhousing/block interface. your grommet for your turbo drain is probably shot going into the valley pan. compound not having the extra holes in it and your getting excess oil back up in the valley pan.

    my take on the subject is, i would rather slip the clutch (a wear item) then take the chance of grenading the transfer case and possible hurting the transmission as well. if your truck isnt setup to haul that heavy then dont do it. get the proper gear to do it the right way.

    did the clutch pedal rod end fix last night... in all the frustrations of the install put the lever arm back on to far forward, so very little clutch travel. looks like its round two tonight haha UGH!

    this weekend, replaced driver side window motor (finally can roll down window). wired in relays for low and high beam headlights. created a pvc air intake pipe with cone filter and redid the CDR to use the front gear housing and driver side valve cover

    Carrier Pump Group Buy

    everything i have seen on the 40222 pump tells me its the right one. i have seen the other lower pressure pump cause some funky issues were it seems like its starving out on fuel. you can actually watch the fuel bowl level suck down on the low psi pump but not on the higher one. just my .02 cents

    boost and egt gauges function correctly now. turned up pump and capped the return line from the filter due to some air intrusion issues. hit 12 psi and 900 degrees rapidly so i need to turn it down a little. thinking air intake might be the main issue for the rapid and high egts thou.

    you have an 088 so it could be oil mist coming from valve cover cdr port into turbo. mine leaks at the oil ring from turbo to ats 088 air box. the cdr is right over that spot assuming you havent done something different for air intake or cdr valve
