    Thanks for the reply.. He has 208K miles and had the injectors done under warranty at 100K. He ended up having someone fix it for $4000. Personally, I would not own a D'max if it were to cost me $4000-$6000 every 100K miles for injectors...That is insane and in my eyes no real value at...

    OK, so I made it to deer camp and my cousin showed up with his D'max smoking to beat the band. It appears that he has a malfunctioning injector. No one in the area works on diesels. Wondering if he can run it for the week up here at camp and then 100 miles back home. Keep an eye on the oil...

    Ran the shop air up to a little over 40 psi and the actuator moves and holds fine...seem a bit high? Anyone? Anyone? LM

    Here is what I've found so far...Put a 16mm wrench on the wastegate linkage and it moves freely. Drained my air compressor down to 30 psi and hooked it to the actuator line on there is no action...but it doesnt seem to leak either...still a bad actuator???
