    It's on par with the early non wastegated Banks and 085 and 088 ATS non wastegated systems. The turbo compressor H-3 wheel is the same on all the nongated kits. Not sure on ATS turbine, but my old Banks kit is a P trim with .96 a/r. Hypermax turbine is P trim with 1.15 a/r, so it spools slower...

    It will work, but the ride is rougher. I pulled mine out in less than a year. I also used the add a leaf with a reverse shackle kit to smooth out the ride, didn't help much.     IDI piston height

    You could try head saver shims from SBI or Felpro. They are about .010" metal shim cut like head gasket. I have never used them, though. It's an option. The shim goes under the gasket.
