IDI parts
any chance you have a set of injector hard lines? All I really need is the one going to the Injector closest to the front of the block, passenger side. (not sure of the cylinder number) Thanks- hjalbert

Fuel leak?
My friends 95 powerstroke is leaking fuel. He runs 100% biodiesel, and apparently the lines going from the fuel pump to the front of the heads are not up to the job. they are all sweaty and wet looking, and his truck has starter leaving a little biodiesel on the ground where ever he parks. wires to glow plug controller
Apparently there are more wires hooked up to the glow plug controller then there should be. The PO was using the hot side as a jumper spot for other accesories. No Black Smoke
I can control the amount of fuel with my foot, if I see a little smoke, I can let off. IF I never see smoke, I cannot increase the fuel past a certain pre adjusted point with my foot. No Black Smoke
Under no circumastances do I eevr have any black smoke. I do not consider my truck slow unloaded, but when towing 5000 lbs it can be sluggish. I was wondering if I can turn up the fuel untill I have a little black smoke at fuel throttle under load, or is this dangerous? (1985, N/A)- hjalbert

timing and loose IP
today after replacing my injectors, I looked at the IP and noticed that the two lower botlts were loose, and that the mark on the ip was towards the drivers fender well. My truck allways smokes some white smoke upon start up, and when revving it sitting still. figuring my timing is retarded...- hjalbert

what do you use to replace the stock fuel lines with?
Yeah, I am talking about rubber, but I want to replace fords lines all together, the semi hard ones also. I fear that they were only meant to last so long, and that any moment I will develope an air leak. I saw a picture of another members set up, and probalbly willl do the same as him running...- hjalbert

what do you use to replace the stock fuel lines with?

I am not sure about that one, but most oil filters have a pressure bypass, because dirty oil is better then no oil. this is not the case with fuel. You want a dirty filter to clog. and your truck to stop running, before sending dirty fuel through the IP.- hjalbert

king pin problem
The drivers side king pin on my 1985 2wd f350 is missing the cap and fitting on the bottom. I can also see a ragged thin piece of metal hanging out. IP steel supply line ***
I went by my local pump shop, and they were not sure of what I needed so they gave me several to try, but none of them compressed, I believe they were to short. I can't complain though, they did give them to me. I guess I will order off ebay, allthough I would much rather just replace all of...- hjalbert

The fuel shut off solenoid is clicking, But I will have to take it out to make sure it is opening fully. I no longer have the water seperator on the firewall, it Was gone when I bought the truck, so that can not be the cause. I am in the process of changing the inlet and outlet seals on the IP...- hjalbert
