And imho I think using the mc that was originally used on the truck is best as its proportioned for the brakes that are on the truck... hydroboost only increases the application pressure...some have complained about stiff pedals when using sd mc's probably because they were ment for disc...
I still think the BRB-37 is the best as it doesn't require firewall mods just a pedal mod.

Went to my local parts store and suprisingly they had the Russell fittings...
648040 and 648030.
Although my truck isn't up and running yet I can feel the fittings bottom out on the oring so I'm pretty confident I got the right ones... :)
So I've got a BRB-37 booster that I need the fitting sizes for... it's a custom installation with what will be custom hoses. I have the power steering pump fittings but can't be sure of what the booster is... I know its 5/8 but don't know anything else...

The wiring is very easy for the most part... the only troublesome thing is the tach. The only solution I have found...
mmmm... when I went to ford they had two listings... a standard one and a " supercooling" one... and I couldn't find an aftermarket one that worked for my truck. Any how it sounds like he needs a header panel not a rad support.......:D
good info on the prep... thats exactly what I did with...
the part that holds the h/l bezels and grill is called the header panel... or some call it a grill support or grill reinforcement panel. It's only used on the 92-96 trucks and is made of plastic and bolts to the rad suport.
