Ok I’m guessing I have some king mother of all shorts. I heard a loud buzzing coming from the passenger side battery while trying to pull codes. Fiddled with wires are it got better. No idea where to start here.- crowmeyocks

Throwing Transmission Codes, No Power in Drive

Throwing Transmission Codes, No Power in Drive
So after driving a good while without any hiccups I parked my 91 7.3idi E350 short bus for about three weeks of bitter cold. When I went to turn it over for the first time the dreaded OD light of doom started blinking before I even got her going. Had to jump it and now the OD light isn’t coming...- crowmeyocks

Searching has been a mixed bag—mostly running into serpentine instructions. Does anyone have a link for a thorough water pump replacement procedure for a 91 V-belt? Coolant leak/ loose fan?
Annoying greenhorn here. Parked today and saw a coolant leak, traced it back to the water pump. Went in to check things out and found that my fan had about a half inch of play in it. Vacuum Pump removal process, V belt
I’m finding conflicting info on the steps to remove the vacuum pump and exchange the pulley. From what I’m seeing I have to pull the pulley first with the V belt set up. I use a rental power steering puller, unless it doesn’t fit—then buy the harbor freight kit. That sound right? Or can I get...- crowmeyocks

Smaller Brake Booster Diameter?
Well I lucked out then—got a big one from the scrap yard, works good. When I returned the little reman one and got my original back it had some brake fluid running down the front looks like. I really did win the vacuum lottery—my booster, lines, check valve, and belt were all legitimately bad...- crowmeyocks
