From the vacuum pump to the vacuum tree, to the reservoir, to the servo, thru the servo to the dash ( trigger), hopefully it will help you out...

Your biggest problem is that the tin cap on the rod end is thin.
It's probably an 3/16-28 ( you have 28 pitch lt= lubrication thread) from napa
Look for the next size up/down depending on what fits...

But as it has sat for a while, I would fill the cylinders with secret sauce and ley em sit.
I always advocate for loading one down and finding some big grades , and get it hot and sweaty for an hour.

Not sure I follow the later conversion.
But given the f250 is only a basic spring swap away ( not counting the dually) why not perfect the swap first?
