1994-Turbo 7.3 I.D I....im specifically looking to locate the fuel check valve

There is no check valve. But I recommend people install one before their fuel filter to help keep prime

Technically, you shouldn't need it with a tight fuel system.
But it will help.

There is a check valve on the IP return line 90* fitting.

While it acts like a check valve, it's actually a pressure regulator.
It's designed to maintain a consistent backpressure(like 5 psi?) inside the housing, which is reduced to 0 when the cold advance solenoid forces it open.
