So what is needed to return it too stock N/A ?

Here's what I'm thinking....

Valve cover
Stock air cleaner

And that's all I can think :dunno

Is it a stock ATS. System?
there is a difference in the CDR as well, N/A's have them where the turbo pedistal mounts from the intake and a different size gromet for the intake gasket (rather the sheet metal piece that connects the intake runners)
valve covers are a bit different. n/a's glow plug module mounts on the back of the block.
id keep the GPM on the pass side valve cover so you dont have to rewire the harness.
you can keep the CDR on the drive side valve cover and plug the center one.

i would do dual exhaust unless you have the stock Y pipe

Here is a pic of the NA CDR

Ok. Thanks it's a 088 kit I believe. the Glowplug controller is still located at the back.

I'm pretty sure it's still the stock Y pipe with the ATS pipe welded in to it.
